3.搞好生活，保证学习

从某种意义来说，高考、中考不仅是智力的竞争，也是体力的竞争，紧张的学习尤其需要有良好的身体，而要有一个良好的身体，则要养成一种紧张而有序的生活习惯。“开夜车”或不午睡，牺牲休息时间去突击学习会搞垮身体，不值得，实际上也不利于学习。
